Speak on command?

Hi, today my 5 month Cinnamon Green Cheek Conure has said his name "Chico". Its really two screeches put together but I'm still very happy. He also does fart noises (3 different versions lol) so I was curious if I could teach him to speak on command or just to do it more often (he has only done it once and wouldn't when I tried to get him to do it again). Either would be fine. Also I ignore the fart noises but its like he doesn't care he will just does them quietly while he sits on my finger. I would like to teach him to laugh but when I laugh by him he stares at me like I'm crazy. Anyway to teach him to laugh that would great.
