I have noticed that my sunny Gonzo, always bites his right foot specifically. When I say bites, I really just mean scratches it with his beak. Gonzo has been doing this forever. Gonzo constantly is scratching this foot, and he will allow me to touch it, it looks totally normal on the bottom. I'm just concerned because after he climbs/perches on my hands I feel itchy. Yes, I bathe my bird, and his cage is clean.
