Tame/Training

I have two African Grey Parrots and they were not worked with very often.
They are around 35 years of age..
I was wondering if anyone had any tips on what would be the easiest way to tame them.
and or train them into being able to be handled without the fear of getting bit

I would suggest first find out what each is motivated by. SOme parrots are food motivated (treats), some by praise some scratching. Use those as the bridge to taming.
