TOPS distributor recommendation?

So while we struggle with Harrison's, I am willing to try TOPS. If i order from them directly it is $150 for shipping. So I will buy from a retailer in the US (and ship within the US and then to me).

Is there someone particularly that I should support? Please send recommendations.
