I know a lot of people use 50/50 white vinegar to water to clean their birds stuff.
So, question one, if Iβm cleaning and say I forget to wash my hands and still have vinegar residue on them, then pet a bird, how damaging is that to feathers? I rarely do it but, I have on accident.
I put 1/4-1/2 a tsp. Of apple cider vinegar in my birds morning water. I change their water twice a day so, they get plain water at about 3:00 pm.
Is this actually healthful for them?
Iβve read it helps with joint inflammation and if your bird had parasites it would kill them.
