I go to Denmark every so often... My daughter comes in to feed the birds... They don't get any out of cage time, as she's afraid of them, but they're always clean and fed, when I come back, and don't seem to be stressed from their 'confinement'....

I also prefer the birds stay in their cages with a non bird pet sitter, which are the only ones I've had. However, if my uncle can at least stay in the house, then they have company and will get to watch TV.

That's great !
Haveing someone in the house with them is always helpful.
