What is this supposed to mean?

Just have a quick little question because I'm not exactly sure what to think of this. My bird has begun to make this noise (video below) without any reason why. No matter if it's on a perch, a swing or just anywhere it'll make that noise in the morning. What does it mean?

He is looking for other birds. If you were not right there, I’d say he was calling for you. Maybe he wants you to come talk to him?

My two birds heard that chirp and both started calling him. They are not even the same species as he is. I told them “it’s ok; it’s not a real bird”. Now they are calm.

My Bebe does that every day when he wants attention or wants out of his cage. He wakes me up every morning with that call.
