What mesh wire is safe for birds?

My birds are all indoors so the wire doesn't have to withstand the elements, the wire isn't even really for them. One of my birds has decided my rabbits poop is fun to play with so he's been going in the litter tray. He also has started chewing the roof of the house I built my bunny and now my others are copying him. So I just want to make a mesh framework to stop the birds from doing this. I know galvanised mesh isn't safe but its all I can find when I'm searching online?

It has to be either stainless steel or plain aluminum mesh. ANY zinc coated or galvanized mesh is toxic to parrots, especially if they are chewing on it. Stainless steel mesh is readily available on-line, but its not cheap. Aluminum would be cheaper, but harder to find.
