Whew, Done!

I finished my last batch of Christmas cookies today!

Do not attempt roll out cookies when you have arthritis in your hands!

So I baked chocolate chip, raspberry oatmeal bars, peanut butter thumbprints, orange butter thins, pinwheels and candied orange peels. Whew!

Of course they are hidden from Mike!

They would be gone by Christmas and I would have my own very fat Santa if I didn't hide them!

I have also been very busy in the kitchen. We made Red Velvet sandwich cookies, two different recipes of sugar cookies, Spritz cookies of many shapes, orange cakes, truffles of three different flavors, and last but not least, the Russian Tea cakes. I can't imagine how hard it was with arthritis, wow!
