Haha, I just love the antics of Peep our gcc.
He's very much like a dog we once had who was a finicky eater and would only eat if we were around.
Peep is the same and most of the time there's someone in and out of the house. On the odd occasion he may spend a day or two with only 4 hours out of his cage. Yesterday, he ate bfast as usual and then I had a big day out at work as did most everyone else. At the end of my day (of course I leave Peep with lots of good stuff to chew on), I came home and Peep was behaving like our dog used to and hadnt eaten in our absence. I put him on my shoulder and he said hello but jumped back into his cage to chow down. He gobbled for a good 5-10 mins before taking a breath.
Then, he was annoyed at me for making him hungry. Yes, he made sure I knew he was annoyed.
