1. Do zons usually develop calls for their parronts? I feel like Jackie was whistling for me occasionally yesterday, and I would always whistle back... But is that what she really wanted? Or was it just random whistles? Sometimes I would whistle first, and she would whistle back maybe half the time.

2. Deceptive phrase- I assume Jackie does this because she's uneasy, but she'll say "it's ok!!" with eyes pinned, tail fanned, and wings pushed out...

3. Head bobbing- sometimes when she's in her cage she'll go to the corner and bob her head up n down like crazy ....what does this mean??

#1 yes but mine will try something to get my attention and if that doesn't work they'll try something else. Sometimes they try everything they know, LOL.

#2 Maybe she just associates that phrase with her actions, like a parrot saying ouch after biting you.

#3head bobbing is usually reserved for a mate, showing that she can feed her mate or wants to be fed as a form of bonding. Allo feeding is what that's called. Male's show the hen that they can feed her when she's setting eggs. But it is a bonding thing that they will do outside of the breeding season.

you are being called to, Bosley calls out MOM when he wants me LOL.
And everything henpecked said is accurate.

The "it's ok" angry dance she usually does when I'm changing her food, so I just do my best to not get bit. Should I get her on her perch stand and take her out of view from her cage when I need to change dishes? Or is there some other way to discourage this behavior? Even when she's on her stand, if she can see her cage she tries her hardest to get back to it- even if it means a flight attempt with a crash landing. :/

I would take her out and away to change dishes if she accepts ok.
I would also tell her No or not nice when she lunges to bite. Changing habits can take a while, be consistent and remove opportunities to get bit as much as possible.
