A new member is having trouble posting

My oldest son just joined. His user name is Goofy_Bait. He was trying to post an introduction thread and it won't let him. He's getting a "access denied" error message. We aren't actually at home, so there shouldn't be an isp/multiple log in issue, unless it picks up the same cellular phone account.

Beatrice, I'm not sure why he isn't able to post. You can have him go over the checklist to see if he is missing a step?
