A New Species of Bird Found in the Capital City of Cambodia

This story has been out there a while and it is a good one. If you have not read about it yet a new species of Tailor Bird (Orthotomus chaktomuk) was discovered in Cambodia’s urbanised capitol Phnom Penh. Here's an article about the discovery. The irony that even in the modern world of 2013 new species can be found in developed areas. This is definitely a situation that is not the normal standard of discovery of new species.
