I have been dealing with a company called Nalani Toys. They are a small company and it takes about 10 days for them to ship. My pruchase of 5 toys was on 10/16 and I have been calling them and e mailing them to get a status report only to get no response at all. Has anyone else purchased from them and if so how did the transaction go?

I haven't ordered from them but another sight that I have ordered is theperchstore.net Do not order from him he is taking money from people and can't fill the orders. Check the forum for perchnet and you can read all the complaints. I had to go to my bank and file to get my money back, still waiting. Its really bad what people do. Always check out a sight. A lesson I learned My advice is get you money back Good luck Denise

Buyer beware!! My order was canceled with no explanation and money returned to my account. It took a threat of calling the better business people. So other forum members my best suggestion is not to buy from this company.

I wish that was the case with me. I called but his voice mail is full and he won't answer the phone. I have emailed the store sight and no luck. What really gets me mad is the sight is still running and taking orders, but he never sends them. My bank is thinking of getting the police involved, I just want my money back. It was a big order. I'd stick to sites of more well known stores like PetSmart, was just there & they had quite a selection of toys for greys, however, ordering online only reduces the selection somewhat.. BTW, they charge $5.99 shipping for orders over $60.

I wish too we had the power to close down this company. I think they are based in Hawaii but not sure. I do purchase toys now from Windy City and Foster&Smith with no problems. As far as Pet Smart and Petco - I find llittle to choose from but do occasionally purchase in those stores. Mabye we should have a forum list of no no places on the internet.
