Amazon with disability

Hello! I might be adopting a Red Lored Amazon who was badly plucked and has a deformed foot. She was a breeder bird before she became a pet, so the current owner doesn't know if the foot was a injury or a birth defect. Her feathers are starting to grow back. Here is the only pic I have of her:

What I need to know is what sort of perches, ect. are best for a bird with her foot problem, and what sort of vitamins, food, or whatever should I get to help with her feathers?

I can't help with the feathers and vitamin s only isn't that mostly about being busy and content? We had a bird living with us once a long time ago that was really a mess but the feathers grew back and when we gave it back to the captain its feathers were ok and I don't think mom used vitamin. I think it was just out lots. But I do know a little about one legged birds cause we had one that couldn't move her left wing or foot for the longest time. The trick is putting two perches together with the one closest to the food bowl or cage front slightly higher than the other so the bird can rest her chest against it for balance. Like uneven parallel bars, yes? Then don't change the perches once you think you have it right. Oh and she had a little nest to sleep in.

Can you get a better picture of the bad foot? How long has the current owner had her?

Best option would be a check up at the vet of coarse but a little more info would help.
