Did the survey. Some of the questions were pretty ridiculous. Especially since if you put you own a parrot they assume its "wild caught". Also budgies ARE parrots but were put with Canaries....

I took the survey, I hope somehow it will help convince people - just my opinion - to stop capturing rare and endangered or even just wild animals and trying to make them into pets. Seeing how happy wild birds are in large flocks makes me sad for the ones who are taken and forced into a solitary, sad existence.

When talking about my birds, I have fostered/rescued so many over the last 5 years that I have no idea how many there have been. Also, I agree with Beilana that Parrots aren't 'Wild' and Budgies are Parrots. Also, I am wondering what is your goal to accomplish with this survey?
