Any Alexadrine Lovers out there..

Just seeing if there are any other Alexadrine lovers out there..I would love to see pictures if any of you guys have any.. I just can't wait to pick up mine in 2 or 3 weeks when I get his cage and my room done..

well i dont own birds yet but i do love allexanderines! they just seem so sweet and friendly. they also look so royal and majestic! so why do you love them (well whats not to love about them )

We have an Alexandrine. Max will be 3 in February. I suspect that Max will become Maxine then. He is a sweet little guy, although he lets everyone else in the house pet him but me.

That sucks well I guess that's how birds are..The alexandrine I'm getting is 4 years old and is a rehomed bird but seems really nice and talks..But it seems like he like females better then males but will see..I have talked to people too where they are the care takers and the bird doesn't like them but loves the other people in the house hold..I told my wife this will probably be your bird and my queen will be mine because she loves me..

I dont have 1 but I love them. They seem to have a huge range of beautiful colors. You alex owners need to start a thread w/pics for the rest of us to admire.

I've got one here of me and my two. I'm gonna post a few pics in the gallery.When I pulled out the camera my two get very "posey" and gretchen wanted to show off her eggs to the camera. They always have to have a look after i've taken a pic. Bet you can't wait to get your boy! He's a cutie pie!

Yeah I think about him all the time..The place where I bought him from is 2 hours away from my home and last week I drove there 3 times and going again sunday..I just ordered my cage and painting the room he is going in so I probably won't pick him up for another 2 weeks to be safe from the fumes..

Lucky you..I was supposed to pick mine up wed but I painted the room where I am going to place him and it still smells like paint..so probably another 1 or so..Looking forward to seeing the pics..
