Are baby carrots alright

Are baby carrots ok to feed parrots? Not sure if they're different or whatnot so figured I asked.

I also have an apple I cut up a week ago I put in the fridge in a plastic container.. Is it still safe?

Baby carrots are just irregular shaped carrots cut to look more visually appealing so yes they are fine. The apple...not sure because I'm not looking at it, would you eat it? If not then no.
