Are these lilies of the Incas bad to have around our birds?

All lilies are toxic to birds.

I can’t find issues specific to birds, but while alstroemeria are significantly less toxic than Easter and other common lily varieties, they can still cause contact dermatitis in humans and vomiting/diarrhea if ingested by dogs, cats, and children.
