Dairy isn't very good for them and sunflowers are really fatty. In limitation it wont hurt them but it's honestly not worth it IMO. I use almonds primarily with my eclectus. THeyre easy enough to cut up into training treats (theyre also sold in slivers/slices)

May 23, 2021 #3 Agree with Owlet, plus they are probably loaded with extra sugar. Safer treats are small bits of almonds or walnuts. Plain Cheerios are safe in modest quantities as treats. Some parrots love plain cooked oatmeal served at room temperature.
