My beautiful SI Eclectus Zephyr and my handsome B&G macaw Vandal, daughter's Sun Conure Loki and son's GCC Blaze
After seeing the cool shredded paper box in this thread, I was super excited to find these plastic baskets at the dollar store! Two for a dollar :)

I attached them to the cage with stainless steel wire (though I think I might take it off and usel hoops instead). The birds were instantly fascinated.

What an EXCELLENT idea! You conures seem a little trepiditious, but your ekkie is going right for it isn't he:D

Once the sun gets playing, the GCC will be all over it. She's my scaredy cat, but also the one who loves shredded paper the most :)

And yeah, my ekkie is.. well, he goes crazy whenever anything new goes in his cage!

That's a GREAT idea! :D. I hope he loves it! Mine have only played with the leather ties and beads so far haha. So much for foraging. :52:

My CAG and my little lilac crowned amazon have come up with an interesting new foraging method. They stand under Maggie's cage, and wait for her to drop something tasty... :D

Gotta love the dollar store finds! Another hot ticket is the five for a dollar wiffle balls. Stuff those things, through the holes, and just hang them up in the cage with a baby link...

Oh that's too funny! My dogs forage that way :)

I didn't think to grab wiffle balls, that is a great idea! I found a ton of awesome stuff at the dollar store that I just can not wait to hang up in their cages.
