Baltimore Bird Vet

Does anybody know a very good bird vet in Baltimore? I moved here from GA, where I used to know an excellent vet, but since I moved to Baltimore it became a problem. My parakeet has been plucking her feathers for years, sometimes causing a terrible wound on her shoulder, so I have to see a vet regularly. Please help me!

If you do a google search for avian veterinarian in baltimore you will get a number hits that offer location maps so you can choose the ones near you. I do know of a couple of good AVs in DC, but not Baltimore.

We found our present vet by doing a google research, but we don't like him... In GA we did the same thing. It took us a few vets before we found the right one.

When you get to the big city, where there's competition, it becomes time is $$$ and there's not much for bedside manner. I'm sure there will be some replies from members around Baltimore, soon. Glad you at least have one you can call on for now.

Did you ever find one? I'm in Baltimore also. A few years ago we took my daughters budgie to Pulaski Vet, but now that I have a conure I'm wondering if there are other options.
