Basic training advice needed asap

I want to train my Hahns macaw starting with the basics. What did others use? It can be reading materials or video. If it is video I would prefer to not pay a fortune. I know many people swear by birdtricks.com but I would rather not use them(and please know that this is just my personal opinion). They seem to be more into marketing their product and flashing smiles and they make me leery. That being said, I do follow them of facebook because it is free.

You can use positive reinforcement and/or operant conditioning.

Clicker training is extremely useful when training your bird to do anything.

Before clicker training Rosie I taught her to dance and struggled to teach her anything else. After I started using a clicker I taught her to dance more reliably, variation of dance we call sideways, wave, touch/target training, spin, nod.
