I love Salsa, it's funny that noise that he was making is the same noise that Moses makes, I always thought it was kind of him copying the dogs bark only softly, maybe it's a macaw thing!

Great! I should NOT have looked at this particular video...because now I'm REALLY itching for a GW. :32: I just LOVED how Salsa ever so gently put your finger in his beak...and those sounds....SO SO cute!!!!!

Actually Salsa can play pretty rough when he wants to. He can squeeze with some serious pressure at times. It depends on how playful and energetic he's feeling. It's always just play though . He's just a big baby who doesn't know his own strength

OMG How I love scritching macaws! It's cool how you have to use your whole hand, rather than the tip of your pinky finger, like with small birds...

I once had a dream that Parrot Forums was a hotel, and each member had a room.... Ah, I talk about my dreams too much LOL! It was really awesome though! I borrowed hot glue from Wendy in that dream....

OMG!! You just had to put this on here! I am so jealous of you & everyone who ready has their green wing. Salsa is gorgeous& I could watch that video continuously. Hurry up nrxt summer, hurry up next fall...no wait...I still hve lots of remodeling to do til I'm ready for my baby to come home.

My boys learned the words 'What', 'Well' and my favorite to hear from them, 'Whatever' real quick. Roscoe has this cynical laugh. I just don't know where he learned it from. Ha, yep I'm guilty of raising a sarcastic macaw!
