What is the best cage you can buy for a conure? What do you have?

Bar spacing of about 1cm (1/3 inch?).
Small conure like a green cheek/maroon belly?

What do you mean by best? Cheapest? Biggest? Escape-proof? Sead tray?

My pair of foster conures are in the one by the window...

I obviously use stacker cages so not sure if you would want one of those or not. I generally try to stay at least 30 wide by 20 something deep for a conure. My current stacker is 36 by 24.
