Since I have 3 different species I felt this was best posted here...

Munching on millet.. Bratty kid kept harassing the Linnie's and taking theirs away, so had to give him his own millet !

Mango chewing her own millet.. She loves running around picking up the little missing pieces...!

Little girl on that isn't blurry is much calmer and sweet. The blurry guy - think its a boy - is much more skiddish and has chased off kiwi & mango a few times protecting his girl!

Just being cute.

They're all so adorable. I love Peachface Lovebirds cute little faces...

Kiwi looks completely innocent of any wrong doing:)

Your lovebird really is cute! Talk about looking innocent.

So cute! Mango especially, she is so tiny:p. I think it may have to do with the name (ahem) but Kiwi sure looks like he could be a mischievous little guy:D What are the 2 smaller birds? Are they parakeets?

Awww, your flock is beautiful! I was also wondering what those 2 smaller guys are...they are colored really beautifully!

My apologies for forgetting about this!

Yes kiwi thinks he can do no wrong. I baked cupcakes and he's been flying into the kitchen since I've cooked them and eating them!! Of course he just looks at me with a mouth full of bread with the cutest look.

The two small guys are Linnie's! They're TERRIFIED of me! I've been using millet to trick them into liking me, but they ain't falling for it.
Luckily they're easily tricked into eating foods. So far they've eaten apple, millet, habernaro peppers, and grapes. Not that I can give anyone grapes without Kiwi stealing it... he's the utter brat.

Speaking of the brat, he's begun to 'wave'! I've been teaching him and he's really starting to get it, though I don't think he'll ever do it without a pecan in my hand... ;)

On the other hand, brat 2 (Mango) has learned how to open her cage door. She grabs it and thrusts her head upwards until it unlatches and she hops out.
I feel more like I'm running a prison than enjoying birds...

I crack up when I see birds hold food in their feet. To this day I can hear my mother asking me, "Did you wash your hands?" before every meal. When ever I see my birds eating with their feet I'll ask them if they washed before eating.

SpotsandSally beautiful birds and great pictures. Thanks for sharing.
