Bonding possibly

Well I don't know what to do, I just caught pilot picking the wood off of her bridge. Do I take it away or let her keep at it? She only likes the bridge and dosen't play with/on her other toys.

Agree don't give up. My CAG sometimes acts like anything green taboo and poisonous. I eat a human version of chop (added garlic, onions & salt) where she can see me.

That sounds like a complicated relationship and reminds me of a TikTok I've seen of someones bird and the caption said "The only toxic relationship I will stay in" What I did was ill pick her up with a shirt, I use the same one each time and I'll give her head skritches and then let her run around my room, for a bit and then pick her up with the shirt when I'm ready to put her back in her cage. Shes still afraid of hands, and I don't know what it is but the only fruit or veggie she has tried is frozen mixed fruit and she wont try lettuce and I don't know how to get her to try anything else.

Also she sat on my head for about 20-30 minutes today I'll attach the photo and video in here later if I can
Try sprinkling millet or seeds onto vegetables or fruits. When she tries to eat those, she will taste the other foods, and she might start to like something.

Fresh broccoli is also a great thing to try. Use a knife to "shave" the buds off, so they look like green seeds. Maybe stir those into her pellet food/seed mix. This worked for us in the past, when our Cockatiels and a couple of Budgies were not eating many vegetables.
