I had my budgie for 3 months now and he seems to like me. The only problem is he will come to me by himself. If i put my finger close to him he flies away.
This makes it hard to put him back in the cage. If I just lie on the couch he just comes to me and is just fine. I can only pet him at night. I don't know why. Any tips for bonding?
