Amy a Blue Front 'Zon
Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
Jonesy has been with me and my son James now for a month??

The little rascal <Jonesy, not James> :D is becoming very settled with his new digs.. I got him one of those "Tidy Seed" see-thru acrylic food bowls,it took him quite awhile to get the nerve up to go into it,thinking "if I don't,I don't eat!" What a blessing that bowl is!! NO MORE FLINGING FOOD!!

He likes his nummy bowl..strange tho,he takes one kernel of corn,or one pea, then goes to his perch to munch then goes back for more..my beloved Smokey would sit at the bowl for 15 minutes with her grey butt up in the air lol.

The nummy bowl is the first thing Amy goes to..fruit,veggies,nutraberrys,then when the bowl is empty I hear her say "huh"? with her head still in the bowl then she laughs.

Jonesy is talking a lot more now..different phrases "c'mere cocka man" <leaves out the "too part lol> Hello...HEY YOU! Saucy beak! That's when he is eating ziti with sauce. He's still cussin' tho!

He is getting curious on who Amy is. He'll walk across the living room floor to her cage and just look up at her and she looks down at him but they haven't attepted to meet YET..I'm keeping a very close eye on things.

Jonesy, Congrats to you on your first complete month as a manager! It sounds like you're doing an amazing job, humans can be stubborn and difficult to train! Please post photos of your methods if you have a chance.

Ain't that the truth Allee!!

Sounds like Jonesy has settled in nicely!
