Breeder- possible Hybrid? Should I trust?

Hello everyone, I have an odd question and wasn’t sure where to post. I am looking to buy a Goffin Cockatoo and I’ve reached out to a local breeder. She sent me pictures and the one I like the best has a blue streak on the top… she says is it genetically a Goffin… but everywhere I have researched says Goffins just have the white, soft peach and yellow feathers.
Should I be concerned this is a Hybrid of some sort? Please see picture attached.

you can ask if she dyed them to tell them apart. My breeder did this for the boys , so I could choose which boy I wanted

I think that's just dye so she can tell which is which.

I 'd also say dyed - there's no cockatoo species with blue feathers
