my birds age is 3.5 months.when i bought a new female bird 1 week ago.I have seen that her left eye is not opening normally.even she is so silent.but she eats ,drinks,balanced in the wooden stick,preen with each other.but when i make a sound or going closer to her then she can open both her two eyes. Also I have a male bird in that cage too. the male bird was healthy and having no problem.but from today evening, i am seeing that he doesn't open his right eyes too.same problem.same when i am going closer or doing sound he can open his that eye too.but normally he can't. but he is chirping eating drinking and still he is so fast and restless.what should i do?

It’s possible the first bird has some kind of eye infection which it passed on to the male budgie. Getting them checked out by a vet would be your best option. Can you take a picture of the closed eye so we could see if there is swelling or other signs that might indicate an infection?

Keeping one eye closed can also be a sign of a respiratory infection. Seconding that you should probably consult an avian vet.
