Well, my little ino boy is a healthy bean, thankfully. Hopefully, it continues that way for many years. We just got back from the vet for his annual exam. Strong heartbeat, great blood pressure, and they were ooohing and aaahhhing over his beautiful feathers and beak. Lol. He was a perfectly behaved little fellow too, even as they were taking some blood. He didn’t make a peep. He’s such a good little boy.
The vet was telling me that her next patient is a lovebird with a plucking problem. She said the parrots she sees with the most problems with plucking are lovebirds, quakers, & African greys, which kind of surprised me.
