Buying Alexandrine in Texas

I’m looking to buy a alexandrine, I live in southeast Texas and I’ve been having trouble finding a healthy one for a reasonable price. Does anybody know where I could get one? I’m willing to adopt from someone who has owned the bird or buy from a store/breeder, and I might get one from a rescue. I’m willing to drive a few hours or have one shipped, whatever works best!
