Is there anything I should add or change? Also, what kind of toys do your birds like because so far mine hasn't really showed interest in the toys I have for him. Thank you!

Maybe the toys are too large and he's feeling intimidated? Try using toys suited for lovebirds-cockatiels.
There's only 3(?) toys in the picture (I'm not saying you don't have toys for him) so it seems like he's limited on being able to try new toys. Even some simpler things like ripped up newspaper are a birds favorite toy! Try hanging them near his water and food bowl so he'll get used to them being there and hopefully get interested.
Personally, I like to have the foraging, bead, rope, bell, and puzzle toy in my bird's cage at all times.
What kind of toys did he have prior to when you brought him home? That could be a good start to have him playing with his "old toys".
My birds are a fun of the more interactive toys, ie beads and bells and rope toys.
