I'm not sure all my budgies would like their chop frozen but Rocky loves Popsicles. They seem to like the feeling of cold metal soda and beer cans on their beaks.
I serve quite a bit of chop every morning so ice cube sized portions are too small. Plus I add things to the chop before I serve it like sprouts and more vegetables if I have any, so ziplock baggies work for me.
