This lady had this built in her home. It is gorgeous, of course my house is my aviary. LOL Probably wants it to be a showplace with no interaction with the birds since she is planning to take in rehomes.

It is soooooooo awesome!

Me too! Amazing!!!

I'm just trying to figure out how she gets in it to clean or feed and water. There doesn't seem to be a door.

That is so amazing! I would love to have something like that someday. I'm not sure, but just from looking at the picture it looks like the middle panel might swing open...

WOAH! Amazing! I agree; maybe it opens in the left from a different room?

You should see the aviaries at finch forum, some are making a whole room in the house as aviary.

Well actually that is what I am working on. I have a small 8 X 12 room off my den where I have been storing a lot of stuff. Just got it cleaned out and I am planning to make that a flight room .....of course most of the time he will not be in there but it is great for when company is here and my daughters bird...........that way when extra people are around we don't have to worry about them getting thru a door. I am excited about making a fun room for my baby.

that is sweet ill take that n let me bird have my room lol

Wow, how gorgeous! When I was a child, one of my grandmother's friends ran a ceramics studio, and also bred canaries. So one room of their house was the "aviary" - I just knew it was the birdie room! And boy, would they make a lot of very joyful noise when bernice entered the room! She had quite a flock, and I marveled as a child that even though there was plenty of room, certain birds preferred one perch over the other, and on one about 5-foot-long perch, (there were many at different levels and heights) most of the canaries would be smushed right next to each other in a couple feet in the middle, and almost no one preferred being by itself for long!

you can see a latch on the left front side, probably has to step into it

WOW its huge!! The macaw looks teeny in that cage. Looks like the middle or left panel might swing open.

This lady is wanting to take in rehome pets kind of like a rescue. Doesn't seem to understand they might not get along ............she has since removed her ad on craigslist because someone posted to not trust her. She had inherited 2 parrots from her dad and now she wants to take in unwanted birds. She built two of these inside...... I don't think she is a hoarder as this ad claims, probably just trying to help birds but obviously doesn't understand their behaviors by putting them all together. The following link is the warning about her ad.
RE Need to rehome your bird? I have an amazing paradise aviary for the
