Canned Pumpkin Question

canned pumpkin... is it already pre-cooked or do you have to cook it before giving it to the fids? Friend isn't sure for her conure and I don't use canned pumpkin myself. Thought I'd look into it on here for some help

As far as I know it is pre cooked though pumpkin can be fed raw anyway so no big deal either way =)

I don't feed canned foods to my birds because of possible metal toxins. Just food for thought
