Tomorrow I get to bring home my new beauties! In fact, they are the reason that I joined this forum. Even though I've had all different types of birds for many years, these guys will be a dream come true! Some life circumstances have recently convinced me to try as much as possible to live some dreams and not put things off, so this will be the realization of one of those "some day" goals. Although I come from a rescue background and have never bred birds before, these guys may just convince me otherwise, so I wanted to join the forum to learn as much as I can about that aspect of things.

Anyone wanna guess what they are? I put this post in "General" so I wouldn't give it away. :09:

Also, what is your "some day I'll have one" bird?
I have one more "some day" bird, and it is a yellow dominant Camelot or Capri macaw......some day.:07:

Congrats on the new babies! I know how exciting it is bringing new ones home! If I had to guess what they were I would say Budgies. (? spelling)

I'm guessing amazon and if i could have my dream bird it would have to be the Catalina macaw such beautiful things they are

Man I'm don't know. But my 'someday' bird would be an african grey!! I know it's noting rare like a capri macaw or a Hyacinth or anything like that, but I'm finding myself having daydreams about CAGs and I fell in love with one at my rescue. Or maybe an Alexandrine. That be in second place, I guess. But I don't think right now would be a good time to get another bird. Ugh, maybe in a couple more years...

Tell us, tell us!!

If I dreamt of having another bird I think it would turn into a nightmare! My life is full with just two!

I would guess grey's as well. My someday would be a Red-tailed Black too (female)

Well, I realized that I got ahead of myself and I'm not picking up tomorrow, I'm picking up on Saturday! I got a bit excited there! So, to make it up to you, I offer a clue....
