Changing a profile pic?

I had no problem originally picking a profile pic when I joined, but I cant change it? When i change it the pic changes in the little box but not in my posts. Strange but am i doing something wrong?

Click User CP above in the blue header and from there click Avatar

@Lesa, are you uploading or using a URL? What is the file type? It may not be an accepted format... jpeg, etc. One other thing, try checking the settings. You may have selected to not use an avatar in posts?

I am the worst when it comes to anything that has a plug!!!I would not dream of dabbling in anything software of web I would end up some destroying everyones internet in the world. I am definitely better with people and animals
