Hello i was just wondering a thing, ive had my parrotlets for 7 years now and om not sure what my blue Female is a female, ik its sounds crazy but she has always had cobalt blue colour on her shoulders can female blue parrotlets have that? And she has not a dark cobalt blue on her wings but its cobalt blue a little lighter.
This is the best photo of her shoulder but its just there, a little bit of cobalt blue, its not a blue line just on her shoulder. The photo is a little dark😃
