Cockatiel looking dull

Dear all

I am out of town and my cockatiel has apparently become dull. Am enclosing a picture. Can anyone help. Is this a part of the usual annual moult- has happened around July for last 2 years.

Please do help me. As of now , I can't take her to the vet. But have circulated pics and small video clips to some vets

I'm assuming that your reference of dull is regarding your Parrots activity level and not its feathers being dull in color.

A Parrot that is not active and tends to sleep or rest far more than before is likely sick. A Vet visit is required to determine the illness and the proper medication.
