The idea of having a snuggle hut would be nice but because of all the dangers associated with it I'm diverting my attention to the "Coco Hideaway With Ladder".

Based on your opinion/experience:
I was wondering if there's any set backs for this product (will be used for Gizmo because he likes to hide in "tunnels" and loves being on hands while you hold him - I'd also be trying it with my Parakeets but their tail might be too long and I'd hate to damage those).
Could a bird possibly ingest the coconut hairs like fiber?
And would it help to trim their beak? So far, Gizmo has been a protester against cuttlebones so I'd like to see if this could help out.
Lastly, is it rare to have a male become territorial because of a hut?

If all doesn't work out I have to steal RavensGryf's idea and using it as a food bowl :54: !

Thanks for reading and or your feedback and opinions!

I think it would be better for birds with short and stubby tails like a lovebird or parrolet. They are very popular and should be safe for your birds.
