Coconut???

I got a coconut today and Ive never given my birds coconut before. I wanted to get some idea's on how to serve it. Should I drain it first? Do I take the outter layer off before giving it?

When you are finished with the c nut the shell makes a good foraging toy.

Hmmmm bet they would love them. Coconut oil is just as good for them as red palm oil and they love coconut oil. About twice a week I drizzle a tad over the veggies.
