Thanks everyone!

Cody thinks he's royalty if you couldn't tell, lol.

He's such a handful, but I love him!
Great to see Cody again, he is so cute and to you

I loved all the pictures
Is Misty very possessive over Cody?
Thanks for sharing
Thanks!

And Misty isn't possessive over Cody. She actually prefers just to ignore him, and I'm just fine with that! I was very nervous about getting a bird while still having Misty because she had a thing against birds, she hated them! We had starlings about 3-4 years ago that kept getting into our house, along with their chicks. Well, Misty was really upset and started getting aggressive toward them, and actually got a hold of one of the chicks that fell through our furnace area.It was terrifying! I never want to hear such screams again...
So, of course, you all probably think I'm a whack job for getting a bird after that happened. But I have faith in my dog, and faith in my training. Misty is amazing. So, the night I brought Cody home, I kept him in his cage when we waited to see Misty's reaction. It was of course, her typical bird reaction (whimpering, jumping up at the cage, and she even jumped up at the back door wondering when I was going to take him back outside where he belonged, lol, such a smart girl!). So, of course then I was even more worried. But for a week we would have her supervised for many hours around the cage, and then when she was more desensitized, I would put her on a leash and have her at a distance while I took Cody out (he was clipped at the time). And over a span of like 2-3 weeks, Misty was completely desensitized! Took some patience, but they really do live in harmony! He just flies around the house now, and she'll barely even take a glance. He's even landed right on her, and she just sits there waiting for me to get him off! I nearly had a heart attack.. but she didn't harm a feather on his head. She knows not to. And since then, we've brought a cat into the house (she had never been around cats before) and another bird (my sister's cockatiel), and she does just fine! I love my dog!
Now the cat on the other hand, lol, I know my limits. I'm not going to try and take the risk of desensitizing a cat, so she gets put into another room behind a closed door whenever Cody is out. Better safe then sorry, especially because I know the way she just looks at him in his cage!
Stunning looking fid you got there and your puppies pretty cute to
What type of conure is he ???
Thanks!

He is a yellow sided green cheek conure.

His breeder did such a fantastic job with her pairings, because he is stunning! Her other mutation green cheeks are gorgeous as well (she also does cinnamons/pineapples ). Here is a picture that better shows Cody's color:
