Pritti was hatched 30 years ago, August 4th, 1992 and has brought joy to my family for all 30 years, and I've been his mom for the past 20 years. He's a cherry-headed conure (red-masked conure), was purchased from a pet store in Queens, New York, had a band on foot way back then. He was DNA tested about 15 years ago and has received excellent medical care (through some scary times) by the amazing Daryl Backos, ABVP Certified Avian Vet in Deerfield Beach, FL.

He's snuggly, bossy, in charge of the house all too often, funny, cute, finicky, loving, and a rather independent, courageous boy. Even at 30, he's still my baby.

Woops. I meant August 1982, hahaha. We were first married in 1992 and Pritti had been with my husband for 10 years already. They sent through bachelor-hood together.

What a beauty Codex is. Eever since I saw The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill film, I've been enamored and ingrigued by Blue Crown Conures. I would like to bring one home some day, but don't know how Pritti would get along with a new conure in the house. What's Codex like?

Codex is very playful/cuddly/talkative. She says about 15 different phrases and is an absolute joy. I love her to pieces. Sometimes she has an attitude and can Be nippy with strangers. She is a daddy's girl. She only really seems uneasy around women... she must get jealous. If you have questions just let me know.

Oliver is a rehome Senegal. He is two years old. I'm not going to lie, he hates me pretty much, adores my mom however. Oh, well, I'll love you anyway you grumpy old bird!
Bella & Zora
Bella and Zora are 6 month old yellow sided GCCs, I got them from the breeder at 3 months old, hatchdate 2/21/12. They are my girlies and my babies.

shes a little on the tiny side compared to the conures at the pet store...

ill have to ask my wife what her hatchdate is,
since i see most of the members on here know the date ....
im gonna guess and say over a year
she is a healthy looking bird
