Chia!!!! Cinnamon GCC
Last night I got some broccoli, Yams, banana's and chille peppers for Chia. I was thinking about making some Yam banana mush balls (lol) I was wondering what is the best way to cook the Yams and broccoli? I live in the dark ages and do not have a microwave....Should I steam the broccoli and boil the Yams? Would baking the Yams be ok??????

Me and my silly questions:rolleyes:

While I'm already on the topic of Chia. Here she is!

A bit about Chia
She was born April 23rd 2010. DNA sexed female. She is still quite wary of me and does step up but prefers to sit on top of her cage observing me rather than being on me. If she is on me she wants to be on top of my head (which I don't allow) and is quite persisistant about it. She is very active and inquisitive. I am already totally smitten:) It is fun getting to know eachother.:yellow2:

You can give her the vegis raw if you want just make sure you rince them good before giving them to her. I usually steam the yams they turn into an easy to mash consistency

Chia is beautiful! How long has she been with you? She should get better with stepping up with time and positive reinforcement

I brought her home 2 days ago :) She is great with stepping up but she has been wanting to hop back down right away onto her cage not fully trusting me just yet ;) Today she snuggled against my neck for a bit so she is very promising.

my guy wont eat a lot of raw veggies, so i use sweet potatoes, winter squash, pumpkin, oatmeal etc.. to make a mash and hide othre veggies in it

So far neither will Chia but at the breeders she was eating broccoli so hopefully she will start eating good stuff again soon :)
