Its Spring time in Australia, and this time last week we were looking at our usual 35 degree days! (Which is I think 95 in fahrenheit)

NOT TODAY! This is just up in the mountains near I live! Crazy weather! Being a photographer who loves weather I am dying to get my bum up there, but all of the roads are shut and trains as well! Bugger!

Yeah Audrey isn't either, she's usually very quiet and stays inside her cage when its dark and stormy!

This is a picture someone just made of the blue mountains haha, it made me laugh:

Its crazy huh!! Lucky we survived the crazy weather :O We don't usually get snow though and definitely not in spring lol!
I am not so sure how she will go with the summer heat. The first summer I had her was not hot at all, it was a really off summer and it rained almost every day! I think she should be okay though, Eclectus come from really hot areas in the wild lol!

I know hey!! It was insane! I just couldn't believe it with my eyes :O So amazing though !

How far are you all apart? Queensland to Sydney? Is it doable? Tab, you should def go and play in the snow. :21:

Here....BLACH....frost overnight. Good bye Canna Lilies...good bye roses...good bye blooming annuals.

Luckily I knew we had a frost warning and I turned my dining room into a rainforest, brining in 1 huge fern, a lucky bean tree, an avocado yearling tree and all my orchids.

I miss summer!

It's about a 10 hour drive for me to Surfers Paradise. I have driven up there quite a few times though, we try to do it in one day :)

Nawww it would be a shame to lose all the pretty flowers! One of the sucky things about winter lol :( I love autumn though, its my favorite season! I can't wait for our autumn :D But our spring has been pretty fun so far lol!

How precious!!!! Great picture! :D

Yowser, 10 hours is quite the distance.

Spring is my favorite time of year, closely followed by summer. I take autumn as long as there are still leaves on the trees, but everything after that looks BLACH to me. So dead and depressing. Needless to say, I'm getting ready for hybernation, lol.

haha you know, i went to tasmania in august... was there for 4 days... sooo looking forward to seeing the snow (i have never seen it)... THERE WAS NO SNOW.. ANYWHERE.... so, we came back home.. the next day.. there was a snow storm exactly where we were -.- :( haha

10 Hours is pretty normal to me LOL. We have to drive about that long, if not longer to get to other states. I love road trips though :D

I like spring too! Not a summer fan, we get up to 45 (48 the highest it has gone) degree days out here! :( And its so humid too, its almost unbearable! I only like the heat if I can get to a pool lol!
