Marie my juvenile female budgie has white crusty cere and is ready to mate with her partner a younger budgie. Question... do they absolutely need a nest box or do they mate anywhere, because I yet have not seen them mate. May I also have info from other birdbrains rather than google cached on how long due till egg arrives from stork and when supposed to hatch. I can tell my budgies like one another because they sleep right next to each other beak on beak.
