This is us in the closet while Mommy picks out her "feathers" for the day. She can take them off...it's quite weird.

This is us in the shower...it's relaxing.

This is us after our shower...time for a nap while we dry off.

That's beyond adorable! Thanks for sharing! Would love to get my two in the same shower. So far, we have to alternate days, and Tucker gets REALLY upset when he's left out of the bathroom on Baxter's days. I need a bigger shower space with room for multi perches!

Do they smell good? The Rb smells like a Hershey Bar chocolate wrapper (the foil and white kind between the outer package and the chocolate) when he's wet.

The bigger boys get along and the little girls get along but the boys will bite the girls if given that chance but don't often go out of their way to attack them. Meaning if they're out together I have to watch them but they can be put together with supervision. They definitely behave themselves if I'm holding them.

3 of them smell like vanilla when they're wet and one of them...Finley ...smells like a wet dog. :06: lol

No. Finley is my Nanday and he has a history or weirdness so I'm not surprised. Also... he's the stinkiest one out of the lot of them too...by shower time he has a slight tinge of sourness to him. And yes he's been to the vet and he's fine...just a stinky birdie. Vet said some are just genetically stinkier than the rest...they did test for fungal or yeast infection more than once and found nothing.

Cytrynka (Sun) have a distinctive smell when wet, would rather say on the nice side. Definitely far from a wet dog I generally like to sniff her, but hey I'm a conure junkie anyway

Callum doesn't smell like vanilla when he's wet, unfortunately. He's just got a slightly sweet scent when he's wet. But... I'm constantly smelling his feathers, wet or not. He's just so used to it that he'll lean in to get smelled. And then ruffle up when I blow hot air on his feathers.
My budgies smell like wet dog after their baths.
