I keep reading how much Amazons love pomegranate. While at the grocery store this morning, I decided to grab one to share with Ava to test it out. Turns out she does, indeed, love pomegranate. Here’s my festive green girl eating her festive fruit. She looks like she’s smiling. Official entry.

Side note: Her beak is looking so much better after being on a healthy diet for the last several months! It’s much less flaky.

Can't you have an artificial tree? I don't get a tree because I don't have the room, I go away for Christmas, and my budgies don't need a giant bird toy/playstand! They'd probably move into it and refuse to leave. Imagine a dozen + budgies living in a Christmas tree!
